SHIPPING
- Every order is packaged with the utmost care.
- Packaging consists of 100% recycled materials, paper and cardboard.
- Shipping is insured.
1. General Shipping Information We ship our products within Germany. Shipping is handled via DHL or Hermes, and processing time is typically 1–3 business days.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Options
- Standard shipping within Germany: 7,99 € – Delivery approx. 2–3 business days
- Express shipping within Germany: 31,99 € – Delivery approx. 1–2 business days
- Free shipping: From an order value of €100 within Germany.
3. Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination:
- Standard shipping: approx. 1–3 business days
- Express shipping: 1 business day
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delays caused by external factors (e.g. customs clearance) are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Restrictions We currently only deliver within Germany.
5. Order Tracking After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.
6. Damaged or Lost Orders If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at loreen@dudisdruse.com.
- Damaged goods: Please send photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can find a solution.
- Lost packages: If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and arrange a replacement delivery or refund if necessary.
7. Returns & Complaints Returns are possible within 14 days. Please contact us in advance at loreen@dudisdruse.com to register a return.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
